Your Loopz gift card program will email gift card recipients when they receive or transact with a gift card. These emails are sent with a "FROM" email address from the loopz.io domain ([email protected]) by default.
You can change the sender email of your gift card program on the dashboard under the settings screen. First you'll need to verify the domain from which you want to send emails. This is required to guarantee email deliverability to your customers email inboxes. After the domain is verified, you'll be able to set the sender email to any email address on the verified domain.

Add your domain
Start by adding your domain. Click Add a Domain and enter the domain name in the popup and click Verify.
Verify your domain
Once the domain is added, you'll see some configuration that needs to be added to the DNS records of your domain. You'll need access to your domain's configuration to complete this step.
Once you add the 2 DNS records, it can take up to 48 hours to verify the configuration. You can click the Verify button for each DNS record to check if it's been verified.
Add Sender Email
Once the domain has been verified, you'll be able to add the sender email for your gift card program. Click Add Sender Email and enter the sender email address. You can also provide the "From Name" which is the name email recipients will see in their email inbox instead of the email address. It's best to set this as your business name.
Once the sender details have been configured, emails sent by your gift card program will use the sender email and name in all emails sent to your customers.
