To get started, you’ll need to signup for a Loopz account using your Square merchant account. Navigate to dashboard.loopz.io/signup and connect your Square account.

A popup will appear requesting you to login to your Square account and to approve our Gift Cards app to connect your Square account. Once you’ve approved access, the popup will close automatically.

Next you’ll be asked to select a subscription plan for your connected Square account. We offer 3 plans for you to choose from. Once you’ve selected a subscription plan, click Confirm Subscription. You’ll be redirected to our subscription billing page where you can provide your billing details. Each subscription plan has a 14 day free trial. Once you’ve approved the subscription payment, you’ll be redirected back to our dashboard to continue the setup process.

The next step is to provide your business details. Enter your name, contact email and business name. Most of these details will be filled out automatically based on the details of your Square merchant account. Location details can be edited after you’ve completed the signup process. If you have multiple locations for your Square account you’ll see all locations listed.

Lastly, you’ll see an overview of all the details you provided and which will be used to create your Loopz account. You can make changes by navigating to previous steps by clicking the back button.

Accept our terms of service and terms of use and click “Create Account” to complete the account signup. After you’ve created your Loopz account you’ll be shown the setup steps for creating your gift card program.
