To get started, you’ll need to signup for a Loopz account using your Shopify merchant account. Navigate to dashboard.loopz.io/signup and connect your Shopify account.

A popup will appear asking you to provide your Shopify store’s myshopify domain name. You can find your Shopify domain name by logging into your Shopify store and selecting Online Store > Domains. The correct domain name is listed under Shopify-managed domains. Only enter the domain name without https:// or myshopify.com.

You'll be redirected to Shopify to approve our app's connection to your store. After approving the connection, you'll be able to select the subscription plan you'd like to use.

The next step is to provide your business details. Enter your name, contact email and business name. Most of these details will be filled out automatically based on the details of your Clover merchant account. Location details can be edited after you’ve completed the signup process.

Lastly, you’ll see an overview of all the details you provided and which will be used to create your Loopz account. You can make changes by navigating to previous steps by clicking the back button.

Accept our terms of service and terms of use and click “Create Account” to complete the account signup. After you’ve created your Loopz account you’ll be shown the setup steps for creating your gift card program.
